The fund aims at forming a portfolio of hotels (business and premises) whichare located in enviable seafront locations. These establishments willundergo renovations and implement operating synergies. Each business strives to get an eco-friendly label.

The fund aims at forming a portfolio of residentials assets targeting young, active individuals, primarily in Greater Lyon and the French Geneva region, two areas that experience extremely high rental pressure.

The fund seeks out obsolete residential assets that will be renovated, decorated and furnished, with an emphasis on environmental performance, before being sold. The exit strategy aims to optimize value creation by selling the portfolio as a whole.
